Free meal planning tips for basic health, fitness and nutrition. Follow basic healthy cooking tips and learn to create your own healthy diet meal plan.
- Eat fruits and vegetables at all meals
- Drink plenty of water
- For the benefits of vitamin d and calcium, eat a dairy product with every meal
- Focus your consumption of meats to the less fatty varieties of beef and pork
- Eat fish two times per week

- Follow a low salt diet. Do not add salt before tasting food and limit salt added to cooking
- Moderate your consumption of fried foods (there are no light oils)
- Avoid snacking (or eat healthy weight loss snacks)
- Limit consumption of sweets
