Free meal planning tips for basic health, fitness and nutrition. Follow basic healthy cooking tips and learn to create your own healthy diet meal plan.

  1. Eat fruits and vegetables at all meals
  2. Drink plenty of water
  3. For the benefits of vitamin d and calcium, eat a dairy product with every meal
  4. Focus your consumption of meats to the less fatty varieties of beef and pork
  5. Eat fish two times per week

  7. Follow a low salt diet. Do not add salt before tasting food and limit salt added to cooking
  8. Moderate your consumption of fried foods (there are no light oils)
  9. Avoid snacking (or eat healthy weight loss snacks)
  10. Limit consumption of sweets
